L--Lodging.  We are an award-winning operator of branded hotels affiliated with Carlson and Intercontinental Hotels Franchise Brands.  Currently, HLI operates more than 500 hotel guest rooms and suites, convention and conference space with over 8,600 square feet of meeting space, as well as full service restaurants.  Our facilities consistently exceed the rigorous standards of the brands we operate. 

I—Investors.  HLI Hotels is a privately held hospitality ownership group based in Pittsburgh,  Pennsylvania.  The Hospitality Lodging Investors partnership was formed in 1998.  The award winning Country Inn & Suites—York, PA, was the first hotel developed by the partnership.  This 67 room property opened its doors in May 2000.  To date, the partnership and its affiliates have developed/purchased 5 hotels in three states and have a number of future projects under development/consideration.
