“Delozier is the Regional Vice President of York, PA based Hospitality Lodging Investors, LP. In this role, he oversees all hotel sales & operations of the partnership in PA and MD. Delozier also currently oversees our Country Inn & Suites in York, PA as the General Manager. Delozier serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Gettysburg Convention & Visitor's Bureau. Delozier also serves as a co-chair of the Anne Arundel County Community College Hotel Advisory Board in Glen Burnie, MD. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Tourism and Lodging Assocation's Governmental Affairs Committee and serves on the Franchise Advisory Committee for Country Inn & Suites By Carlson, in Minneapolis, MN. An active member of the Student and Youth Travel Association and the American Bus Association, Delozier is actively involved in travel and tourism promotion. He is currently serving a two year term on the ABA Education sub-committee. Delozier is also serving a two year term on the board of directors for the Restaurant Association of Maryland Education Foundation.” |

“Bryan started his hospitality career in Gettysburg, PA in Front Office operations, eventually moving to Baltimore, MD as General Manager of a small historic property. Johnson then joined HLI Hotels, Inc as Assistant General Manager, eventually moving to his current dual role as General Manager of our Gettysburg property, and Regional Director of Sales & Marketing for our properties in York, PA, Gettysburg, PA and BWI Airport. Johnson currently serves on several committees in the Gettysburg Adams Chamber of Commerce and The Gettysburg Convention and Visitors Buerau, he serves on the marketing committee of the Pennsylvania Bus Association, and also proudly serves as a member of the Under 30 Council of the American Hotel & Lodging Association. Johnson currently oversees all marketing, advertising and sales execution at these properties, as well as represents HLI Hotels, Inc. nationwide at various travel and trade shows throughout the year. Johnson attended Lynchburg College and Penn State University.“ |

Barbara Kulwiec Barbara started as a night auditor for the opening of the Hampton Inn in Rocky Mount, NC in 1995 and quickly moved through the ranks of Sales Manager, Assistant General Manager and then General Manager within three years. Kulwiec received the Spirit of Pride Award from the Brand and was the Top performing GM and Hotel for the Management Company in 2004. Kulwiec moved to Asheville in 2005 to open the new Homewood Suites by Hilton. They won the top new hotel award and largest increase in extended sales for the year 2006. Barbara came on board with HLI Hotels on July 1, 2009 and is looking forward to exciting things now that the Hotel Indigo has opened in Asheville! |
